"Our two dogs, Carl & Ellie, had wandered from home on the lake. Along the way, they stepped on some thin ice, and Ellie fell through. Luckily, someone heard the barking dogs and eventually pulled Ellie to safety. Her behavior the following few days was very odd, so we contacted Diane to see what we could learn. It was amazing. Diane shared with us details of the day that not only fit the descriptions of what others had told us but very much fit with actions and behaviors that Carl and Ellie have exhibited throughout their lives.
